Amazing areas

Brilliant location for exploring Lake Lucerne and getting to the Stoos funicular. Breakfast was more than adequate, the staff were just lovely.

Beautiful hotel, and delicious breakfast. The only issue I had is that there was a film festival happening right outside my window. The event was extremely loud and went on after midnight. Since the room didn't have AC, it was hard to keep the windows closed so that meant we couldn't go to sleep until very late, and were constantly being awake by the noise outside.

We had a fantastic experience, every member of the hotel team were amazing.

The Mountain View from the the dinner table was amazing , food delicious Did find the mattress was to soft for me also the pillows

Lovely hotel, lovely location, lovely staff. Wifi was patchy but maybe not such a bad thing for a retreat holiday! 😉

One of happiest and most memorable holidays to date, thanks in no small part to this wonderful hotel! We felt we had one of the best rooms in the hotel (on the 2nd floor with a large balcony looking towards the beautiful valley and mountains beyond), and the room provided everything we needed. The bed was particularly large and comfortable and had no end board (important for me, being 6’3”!). We took half board, and the food was of a consistently high quality. We particularly loved the salad...

الغرفه نظيفه جدا مع منظر جميل من النافذه الفطور متوسط العاملين جيدين جدا واخلاقهم لطيفه

Pilatus Kulm is just an amazing experience and worth paying extra for.

I loved my stay here the staff were very pleasant and kind.

Naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

The hotel was in an excellent central location not only were there bus stops close by but the main train station was within easy walking distance. Our double bed was huge and very comfortable. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and Marco the breakfast assistant was polite and attentive. The amenities were all excellent and the only thing missing was a fridge in the room which is why I only gave 4 and not 5 stars .

We were a family of 10 with two small boys, two babies, two grandparents and 4 other adults. The hotel looked after our needs very well.We had 4 rooms, one large with an extra very comfortable roll-away bed and another large with cots for the twin babies.the other two rooms were small as were their bathrooms - elegant but definitely small! Everyone was friendly and helpful from the lovely receptionists to the room staff.

We had a great time. Nice clean hotel suitable and comfortable with kids

forth time at this hotel. always excellent service

Short bus ride (no. 24) from Luzern station. Open plan - no door to bathroom - very modern.
