We were a family of 10 with two small boys, two babies, two grandparents and 4 other adults. The hotel looked after our needs very well.We had 4 rooms, one large with an extra very comfortable roll-away bed and another large with cots for the twin babies.the other two rooms were small as were their bathrooms - elegant but definitely small! Everyone was friendly and helpful from the lovely receptionists to the room staff.

Short bus ride (no. 24) from Luzern station. Open plan - no door to bathroom - very modern.

The hotel was in an excellent central location not only were there bus stops close by but the main train station was within easy walking distance. Our double bed was huge and very comfortable. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and Marco the breakfast assistant was polite and attentive. The amenities were all excellent and the only thing missing was a fridge in the room which is why I only gave 4 and not 5 stars .

One of happiest and most memorable holidays to date, thanks in no small part to this wonderful hotel! We felt we had one of the best rooms in the hotel (on the 2nd floor with a large balcony looking towards the beautiful valley and mountains beyond), and the room provided everything we needed. The bed was particularly large and comfortable and had no end board (important for me, being 6’3”!). We took half board, and the food was of a consistently high quality. Great staff, specially Celina at front desk who helped me with milk for little one. Great breakfast menu and big spacious rooms, right opposite train station

We stayed there to watch my brother do a half ironman, it was a good location for the event which was a short train ride, the train station was a quick downhill walk from the hotel and slow uphill walk on way back. I loved the hotel and was really pleased with it, the food at the restaurant is really nice, the rooms very cool and the view to die for. Would love to stay again and have more time to get to the chocolate factory !
