Then Danielle which was so helpful in helping with my room a d made helpful ideas with my disability. Once I saw her I had remembered seeing her previously when I stayed. Just as thoughtful, personable put customer first mentality sweet person ever. A good representative for you Hotel. "The room was very clean, it did take me a moment to figure out the thermostat. So maybe some directions on the wall, because i didn't know it was a thermostat initially. The only thing that could have improved my stay was fresh flowers, when it is the summer season. I VERY much appreciate the staff letting me check in early. It was a great convenience for me."
