"I really Loved this place, untill I came back from a long day and I couldn't find a parking. We went inside to tell the front desk girl, she was nice and said we can park at the hotel next door. Well it was fine but after a long day who wants to walk that far. Other than that the hotel was amazing. "

"Everyone there is excellent customer service! All the way from the front desk, the valet, the bar, and the housekeeping. This is an amazing hotel, so friendly I can’t even begin to say Awesome in the front desk people are."

"The front desk saved us! Our hotel we had booked over booked and had no rooms we walked over to Fairfield and they had rooms and even upgraded us after hearing what had just happened to us! They were so sweet and amazing! A simple walk to Disneyland and everything was perfect! Will continue to use them from here on out!"
