"I recently stayed at the property from 04/14/26 to 04/17/26. I wrote to management to report a health concern that arose shortly after my stay. They have not responded directly and I didn’t want to write a bad review however I am with the lack of communication. Within a short time after checking out, I developed symptoms consistent with bed bugs/ bites which is commonly associated with exposure to contaminated surfaces such as bedding, towels, or carpeting. (Slept shirtless) Given the timing and nature of this condition, I am concerned that it may be related to the sanitation of the room I occupied. I have documented the condition and retained records of my stay. I believe this situation warrants immediate review of cleaning and hygiene practices for the room and surrounding areas to ensure guest safety. I have stayed here before and it was a good experience, however this last stay was the complete opposite and I have not heard back regarding the issue."

"This is our third stay at Best Western Plus Stovall’s Inn and we’ll be back. We’ve stayed at several hotels in the area when we want to treat ourselves to an overnight after a long day at the parks. Stovall’s never disappoints. It’s such a clean, well-kept property. The complimentary breakfast has a great selection, even for us vegans (potatoes, bagels, peanut butter, jelly, instant oatmeal). The rooms are always clean and well-appointed. And it’s only a convenient 10 minute walk to the Downtown Disney gate. Highly recommend!"
