"Beautiful hotel. Huge room with lots of amenities and a comfortable bed. Missed breakfast though as I left too early. Also arrived too late to try the pool. Bonus of the free shuttle buggy making it so convenient for an airport stop oer. "

"I love this hotel. It’s all computerized with lights, sleep mode, control temperature, curtains that go up and down. It’s very well designed. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also great and the cappuccino is the best. I was very comfortable and very happy staying there. I will stay in another CitizenM Hotel in the future. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The location of this hotel is 100 out of a 100. Express train direct from the airport to KL sentral where the hotel connects to without going outside on the street. Staff are extremely friendly. Hotel is clean and very well maintained. I'll recommend my families to stay here if they go to KL. KL sentral has all the transportation connections and it's a big shopping mall as well. Same can be said to Hilton and meridian, cost a bit more."
