"Nothing about this hotel is luxury and the construction starts at 630am and goes to 1030pm uncomfortably loud and not even close to done and totally consumed your view of the ocean and the construction crew across the way stares at you anytime you think of looking out the window. Stay at Cocorico 3 minutes away 1/3 price and way better view and no construction "

"Very good breakfast menu with live counters and very clean, well maintained facilities. Staffa were well-trained, very welcoming and friendly. Special shout out to a staff: "My Thiem" (hope i m correct with the name) She ensured that our dietary requirements are taken care of during breakfast. It was great location, directly on the beautiful beach and near to the happening market. Loved the stay and will recommend to everyone. "

"Room was cleaned well. The view from our room was excellent. Definitely a problem with staff speaking English. We went to the pool but couldn't use it because it was too packed. We got a voucher of 150000 VND per day for Han restaurant, but this was restricting and we didn't use all the vouchers. It would have been better to make it more flexible. The front of the property was nightmare with cars. overall experience was very good."

"Let me first say the staff here provides immaculate service and kindness. Everyone had a wonderful positive attitude daily. The staff was always willing to help whenever needed. Constant and great attention to detail! The price for this room and property was beyond a deal. I mean it’s a certified bargain!!! Convenient to so many quality restaurants & bars in the area and about a 20 min walk to the beach. Beautiful rooftop pool attached to the gym. Next time I’m in Da Nang, I’m definitely staying here and advising anyone I know to go and visit this property. "

"It is very sad that I'm having to leave a very poor review for the Hyatt Regency in Da Nang. We stayed there for 5 days and 4 nights, with kids. The following are our main issues with it: 1. Staff Attitude: We were one of the few Indian families on the property that weekend. The staff constantly were particularly rude with us right from checkin. They were impatient, and dismissive of our requests. We arrived at 2:15pm and requested for room availability at 2:45pm because we needed to take an urgent work call. The reception staff flatly refused to give us access to the room before 3pm checkin time. No effort was made to accommodate the request in any way, no checking with housekeeping. Overall, the hotel and the staff have a clear preference on which guests they prefer to serve. During our whole stay, in multiple instances, staff looked completely disinterested to respond to any requests by the poolside, there were no smiles, no greetings, no warmth. This is very different from our previous experiences in other hotels and resorts in Vietnam. We were actually quite shocked! 2. Slow Service: We were left waiting for food and drinks for over an hour each time. We understand that the hotel was quite full, but such slow service despite repeated reminders was really frustrating, especially when we had kids who were really hungry. I would not reccommend this hotel for your next stay! Stay away!"
