"Staff came banging on my door at 12am while one of my 2 yr old twins was walking around the room as i was putting the other to bed. It was uncomfortable because it happened to be about 2 minutes after my boyfriend left the room to go grab our kids milk. The front desk kept banging loudly and yelling through the door and it appeared to me that he was about to open the door with his key before i screamed three times that I’m trying to put my children down for bed."

"We enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the area. The staff was super helpful. Parking does get overcrowded due to the pickleball courts and volleyball courts but we always had a place to park. The Skybar is a good place to enjoy a cold beverage and take in the view!"

"Where do I start……I booked a suite & also a separate room for family. I specifically requested the extra room to be 2 queens. When we got to the hotel at 4:30, the extra room had been changed to just a king and wasn’t even ready. That started the experience on the wrong foot. We had to wait for the 2nd room to be ready & had to keep insisting that we wanted 2 queens. After finally getting to our rooms, we all decided to head to the downstairs bar to meet for cocktails & appetizers. Several people requested Pina Coladas & were told that the bar could not make them because their blender was broken & had been for a while. The food was less than appetizing that we ordered & ended up not eating it. Every time we ran the water or flushed the toilet in our suite, the plumbing banged so loud in the wall that it was ridiculous! The next day, housekeeping didn’t even have our room cleaned & it was 4:30 in the afternoon. We had to complain & when they finally sent someone up to the room, it was done half-a#$(*with no extra towels that we requested. Horrible experience. They don’t even have a coffee shop in the hotel. The best part of the whole trip was the valet staff & bellhops! They were awesome! Don’t waste your time on this “Grand Hyatt”. A total disappointment. We’ll find somewhere else to stay from now on. Horrible experience."
