"Staff was dressed in street clothes. Uniforms are more professional and neater looking. Everyone looked frompy. Our room was ok. The bed sheets were very wrinkled. I’ve never seen that before. There was hair on the shower wall. Nasty. Breakfast was good. Garbage could have been picked up from the floor."
