Excalibur Hotel & Casino
Doesn't even try to accommodate request of connecting room even though the request was made 3 months ago for my sister and her family, Towels looks old and not looks clean, no fridge and no coffee maker in the room, some room have fridge, some towels looks dirty white in color , no water refilling ...

this place is beyond amazing. Beautiful resort and wonderful staff. I had the basic suite, but it was beyond what I asked for. Love the shower and all the toiletries.
