"My room was not ready upon our arrival. After waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes, I requested a king room just so we could shower and get ready for my son’s second soccer game. We left after two hours, and our room was still not ready. This was a very inconvenient situation."

"I was really disappointed with this stay. I specifically booked this hotel for the pool, only to find out it was closed with no notice. The hotel staff refused to offer any help, and Hotels.com customer service wasn’t helpful either. Breakfast was good, but that was the only real positive. The hotel seems to house a lot of construction workers and nothing against them but parking was taken over by large trucks and hard to find. Also, take the glowing reviews with a grain of salt - there were signs in the elevator offering rewards for leaving reviews. Overall, not worth it."

"Shower didn’t have very much pressure. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut properly. It is catching on the top corner. You have to pull on the door towards the hinge to get it closed. You can see where someone has chipped away on the corner trying a cob job repair. Room 228."
