"Nothing was terrible, food and room were average, service was very good. Overall, it's a bit below the usual Four Points standard. Main complaint is that the windows are poor so there was a lot of street noise in our room and it made it difficult to sleep. So, it wasn't awful but next I wouldn't stay there again."

"When we arrived the room was a brisk 20C. I set the thermostat at 24C, on "heat" mode. Nothing changed. Called the front desk, they sent up maintenance. After much fiddling with Google translate, he told me it was set correctly and "it just takes time". 12 hours latter, it was still 20C. When I sneezed in the room, it snowed! There was also a very strong chemical smell. If you have chemical sensitivities, I would avoid this hotel."

"I enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Lagoon Hotel. The check-in was easy. I asked for a room on a high floor and I got it. I thought the staff at the hotel was attentive. There are two downsides to the hotel. There are only two elevators for a 12-story hotel. The elevators are slow. There are no clear signs pointing to the stairs. The other thing lacking is good lighting in the rooms. The room is dim. The bathroom mirror lighting is dim and very hard to get a good shave. Yes, I would stay at this hotel again. The views from the room are worth it."
