"My 5 stars are sincere. If I'm lucky enough to be able to return to Quito I would stay here again without hesitation. The location is excellent, directly between Plaza Grande and La Basilica, the colonial building is very nicely restored, the room was comfortable, and the staff was extremely kind and attentive. As an independent hotel, it was abundantly clear that they were doing all they could to give guests the best possible experience. Hands-down the best stay we had on our 2 week trip in Colombia and Ecuador."

Check in was fast and easy. The lady was very friendly and professional.
Breakfast was very delicious and portions were big. On our last day we were leaving earlier than breakfast time and they packed us breakfast to go. Super nice!!!! Thank you
