The only negative was that we hadn’t realised that bathroom would be downstairs, which resulted in the kids being a bit anxious about going on their own, as it’s a shared house and they weren’t comfortable wandering around the house on their own with strangers. Not a problem for the adults, but the kids weren’t comfortable. "

"We had a lovely stay at the Hilton in Stoke-on-Trent. The hotel was clean, comfortable and welcoming, and the staff were friendly, polite and helpful throughout our visit. The room was spacious, well presented and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere made us feel at home. We particularly appreciated the excellent service and the attention to detail from the staff. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Stoke-on-Trent. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Staff were amazing and very helpful. Had the room ready for us at 12.30 because they knew how busy it was going to be they wanted all rooms ready. They even brought a travel cot to the room for us after requesting only 5 minutes earlier. Right in the centre. Very good price for where it was located. Parking also good but gets very busy quickly so would recommend getting there before check in."
