"Sue did an excellent job cleaning our room. The ladies at check in were great, they handled people complaint well. Out door chairs on balcony need repairs, shampoo bottle kept falling off the shower wall. The conditioner was just left sitting. Upgrade pillows would be a real plus. From where the TV is mounted, you can't sit in the chairs and watch it. Breakfast was good, but it would help if someone could clean tables between."

"This was a great place to stay for 2 nights. We were able to walk through the cute downtown area and there were many choices for food. The 2nd day we went to Mackinac Island. They had a shuttle service to the ferry’s. Nice outdoor pool and hot tub. Beautiful lake shore."

"The room was enormous with two different bedrooms and one that had a beachfront patio attached, a mini fridge and counter space, the place was clean but there were some ascetic issues like the bathroom sink missing tiles and exposed brick, and the water pressure in the shower was nonexistent. The location was great and a short walk to the main strip but not too close, I would stay there again if I’m ever back in the area."

"What a beautiful inn for our two day visit to the island. Our room was lovely. We enjoyed sitting out on our balcony. Pedals Grill was a great place for a quick meal. Our breakfast was a relaxing way to start the day. We highly recommend Harbor View Inn."
