"We love the Concourse. It is our preferred hotel when we stay in Madison. My only critique would be that the beds/mattresses and pillows could use a refresh. Not as comfortable as they used to be. Service is always top notch."

"It was very clean, quiet. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was included and many options hot and cold. Property is easy to find. But the front desk staff person at check in was too hard to understand. Spoke too fast."

"The hallways were worn and had garbage on the floor, same garbage was their the next day, we found a receipt and coins in the night stand clearly showing they don’t clean those after each guest, the hot tub jets were broken, the free breakfast was poor and the coffee was empty. The women working the front desk was annoyed anytime someone came up, she was just sitting on her phone. Our room for 4 guests had 1 washcloth and 1 towel, when we asked for extra she replied they were out and gave us a hand towel and bath mat to use instead. We only had one key card for the room due to them being out of key cards. And an hour before checkout a male housekeeper used his card to enter our room without even knocking! Good thing we weren’t changing at that time! I would never stay here again."

"The air conditioner was broke. The TV was cracked. The room was so dirty, the floors were sticky. The white drapes were grey at the bottom. It smelled like body odor and smoke when we walked in- I had to go buy air freshener. The bed was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever slept on. The only good thing was the breakfast, it was very good and had a lot of options."
