"Check in process was quick & easy and staff was very friendly and informative. Lobby was very inviting. We stayed on the 4th floor. Views out the window were awesome! There was even a telescope at the large window so you could see out to the river and look at the fall foliage. Our room was very clean and was as expected. I didn’t feel it was outdated, as other reviews suggested. The grounds are beautiful. Hotel is nice and secluded but a short drive to many local events. "

"We did not stay there. Drove past it and my friend literally got sick. Workman tearing down roof. Equipment all around. One review said homeless and addicts hung around. What is wrong with Expedia to recommend this dump??? We are entitled to a refund!!!"

"I really enjoyed this hotel. I intentionally chose it because it has a heated pool, a hot tub, and is conveniently close to American Dream. Check-in included warm cookies, which were a great touch. The room was a nice size and very clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. My only critique is the restaurant’s design—it felt dated and could use a renovation—but the restaurant staff themselves were wonderful. We will stay here again next time we go to American Dream. "
