"Really friendly staff. Lovely pub bar with Casque Marque cellar cool ales. An absolutely fantastic breakfast. Menu looked good and one would need to book. I’ve stayed in a number of Malvern hotels, all of which were good but I shall look no further when staying in Malvern again."

"We’d like to thank the owners for an excellent stay at The Bell Inn. We were made very welcome on arrival and promptly shown to our room which was spotlessly clean and had home comforts. A comfy bed with wardrobe, bed side tables and lamps, mirror, hairdryer a desk, tv and charging point for phones etc., and modern clean en suite with lovely clean towels. There was also a kettle with a choice of teas, coffee etc., and fresh milk in the fridge. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant in the evening, service and presentation of food being excellent. The following morning there was a good choice for breakfast, we chose cooked breakfast, toast and tea. Overall, we would highly recommend this to others, we only stayed one night but thoroughly enjoyed it. "

"The hotel was quiet and the facilities good. Excellent food in the restaurant. The bed could have been a little more comfortable, although this did not impact on sleep quality. The staff were friendly and I would definitely recommend as a place to stay in the area."

"Lovely, clean room reflecting the character of the hotel and bathroom was modern & contemporary. Despite being on the busy high street my room was quiet and I had a good night’s sleep, the bed was big and linen was lovely and crisp. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Excellent coffee served in the coffee lounge. I will book again. "
