It was faultless. Warm and clean and everything you need for a stay as close as you can get to Alton Towers. Space to park and leave your car. 2-3 minutes walk to the turnstiles at Alton towers. Highly recommend the place.

The staff service was exceptional at this hotel, the friendly and attentiveness of the employees really made this a wonderful break away. The room was ideal in a pet friendly room it was not luxurious but adequate and suited our visit. The food was wonderful and we felt treated from arriving to departure. I would recommend this hotel it can not be faltering delivery.

The room was equipped with everything one could need & we appreciated the newspaper service. The owner was friendly as were all the staff but not obtrusive no carpet in the bathroom was a bonus !!

My wife and I stayed overnight last weekend, a re-visit after our first time last year. We were impressed last time, and again this time, even though our expectations were high from previously. Last year we went after my wife broke her leg, and the pool provided the first time she was able to walk unaided, which made for excellent therapy. Good value for money

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really good stay all round. Staff were lovely, food was lovely and everything was spot on. The rooms are a little dated but very well maintained. For what you pay, you really can’t complain. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for one night in Room 5 (I think) As I was driving back from a festival in Dorset, I kept in touch with the hotel staff about my arrival and all was fine when I arrived about 7pm. There’s no private parking. Street parking only, but at least it was right in front of the house and free. The owner showed me around the B&B, the bedroom and the separate shared bathroom. Can't fault anything about the stay. The cottage, the facilities, the cleanliness, the communication and the value were all absolutely impeccable.

It was very fantastic, I have known kevin since i started my shifts in stoke-on-trent. Very Gentlemen and warm as always. the room is very clean and very large as I didn't expect it. (the room I reserved) room was so warm and bed is new, I should say all is new from floor to ceiling. Great hotel good location

We stayed at this hotel for a night stay ready for our polar express day at the nearby churnet railway station, we had an absolutely lovely time at this hotel friendly and helpful staff, the hotel is absolutely lovely and the rooms are clean and tidy and very comfortable. Lovely stay

Super convenient as part of the airport/train station complex, able to wheel the airport trolley (costs £1) from collecting our bags from our flight to actually inside the hotel room (as advised by reception staff as a possibility) & then the following morning to the side of the train.

A great find and ideal for an airport stay. Great bar area, restaurant is also good and staff were great. Parking a bit pricey but similar to others at the airport.

Stayed over weekend as was seeing Rick Astley concert in the local wonderful delemere forest . Hotel was absolutely wonderful enjoyed our stay more than ever, well done to all the staff it was truely wonderful and we will return to visit the wonderful area surrounding it definitely again

Great hotel enjoyed our stay and food was excellent only small problem there was no lift.
