Staff were nice, good location, great breakfast. Room probably could do with a bit of maintenance. TV is quite small. Had to ask housekeeping for a kettle with tea/coffee in room as we initially didn’t have this.

Booked Family room , which was well sized. comfy beds, good mini bar. nice bathroom with both bath and shower. The staff are very friendly and helpful.Excellent breakfast included.Only downside really was that the room we had was starting to show it's age a bit and could do with a bit of redecorating soon..

Overall, my stay was a good one. The gym is a bit small, and needs a little better cleanliness. The sauna is a very nice addition, just know it’s a communal mixed gender one. Location-wise, you really can’t beat it; short walk to the central train terminal, right next door to a subway station, and lots of food options in the area. The elevators were a bit small and usually filled up quickly. Breakfast was a huge bonus, so definitely recommend that you add that on! Would be nice if they had the common coffee drink maker where you can get lattes, espresso, etc.. You have to pay extra to get those drinks.

Really nice hotel; room was large and comfortable, although more drawer/cupboard space would be appreciated. Hotel overall was modern and clean. Breakfast was manic despite there being lots of tables and serving stations, as the the hotel was busy and breakfast popular. Food could have been a bit hotter (as with most hotels) but good selection (apart from pastries - only mini croissants provided). Good location, 10-15 minute walk from the train station, 10 minute walk to the bus station (use the airport bus rather than Arlanda Express as it is much cheaper and takes about 20 minutes more). City hall around a 10 minute walk, with some nice restaurants along the front. Gamla Stan is 20-25 minute walk but a nice, scenic one. There's a metro station right next door if you don't want the walk.

I stayed here for business. The hotel is in a good central location - easy to access the top attractions. Lots of convenience stores, restaurants and bars in the nearby vicinity. The breakfast was excellent and had a good range of cuisine. The room was cleaned well everyday and comes with a reasonable amount of amenities. The hotel staff were very friendly.

Really beautiful hotel. The room itself was nothing super special, but the bedding was amazing. Bathroom was really nice as well. Beautiful lobby and the breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Don't skip the breakfast. Very friendly front desk staff. Great location. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice room and very quiet. Immaculately clean but no kettle. I was very underwhemled by this. I didn't want the mini bar or ironing board but a kettle it a basic essential. Apparently, not all the rooms have that. I complained and they brought one immediately. The staff were nice and the breakfast was excellent. Great location. They need to provide slip mats for the bath as it was treacherous when wet. I asked for one but they didn't have any. I hoped they would get one before my husband arrived the following day. He's had spinal surgery but doesn't need a disabled room. It's a matter of safety and the hotel would be liable for any accidents. It needs addressing.

Booked a double room the room was very clean but limited storage room single duvets so romance went amiss lighting was poor, no space,shower nice but flooded the floors during usage not a good sized double room very compact would not recommend this hotel if you want a romantic couple nights sleep
