I was very pleased with my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, the free breakfast was very nice and the location was walkable to the royal palace and the waterfront. I would stay there again.

The use of the adjacent Chinese restaurant room for breakfast provided plenty of space and the buffet was well laid out and kept replenished by the staff. Our bedroom was clean and kept nice for us. We had tea and coffee available in the room which was quiet and relaxing. Reception staff were very helpful and courteous. We would recommend this hotel as we enjoyed our stay.

Such a beautiful spot located near a lot of tourist/sightseeing areas within walking distance (though I like to walk a lot and far so I may be biased.) Lots of shops and dining areas super close by (definitely walking distance!) and tons of pretty buildings to look at along the way. The building itself is beautiful. Nice wooden doors, tile entryway, and carpeted hallways to ensure no one wakes up to wheels rattling down the hallway or footsteps clacking against the floor. My room was a standard single room. Though small, I found it the perfect size for just myself. There was a small closet, a little side table and chair, as well as a kettle with coffee, tea, milk, and sugar. I found the bed to be a good size for me and quite comfortable. The pillow was my favourite! Nice and fluffy! The bathroom is quite small. I'm 5"1 but still banged my elbows off of things (though that's not saying much as I am accident prone hehe). Still, it was very nice and clean. I was given plenty enough toilet paper for my stay and had the option of going green and opting out of having my room cleaned everyday which I loved! Breakfast at Ming's was great! Lots of options (more so the earlier you go) and lots of seating. The staff at the hotel are hands down the kindest and most helpful people. They always greeted me coming and going and answered any questions I had. They also humoured my poor Swedish the odd time I was brave enough to use it haha! Overall, a great stay! Highly recommend :)

Ich war noch nie im Gefängnis und möchte auch nicht dorthin. Aber mein Zimmer war wie eine Gefängniszelle mit 6 qm. Das Badezimmer war so klein, dass man sich kaum drehen konnte. Das Waschbecken war verstopft und der Speisesaal eng und überfüllt. Natürlich gibt’s auch positives zu berichten. Die geographische Lage ist sehr optimal und jede Sehenswürdigkeit zu Fuß erreichbar, nicht zu vergessen, dass mein Zimmer sehr sauber war. Ich würde insgesamt die Note 3- bis 4 geben .

Fantastiskt prisvärt!

Crystal Plaza är fantastiskt prisvärt med tanke på att hotellet knappast kan ligga mer centralt. Rent, fräscht, centralt, fina rum, trevlig personal etcetera. Möjligen lite lyhört och åtminstone i vårt rum lite felplacerad luftkylare, men den kan man själv flytta. För det var mycket varmt. Trångt i frukostsalen vissa tider, men också det intrycket mildrades tack vare den trevliga personalen.

Bra läge o gav ett bra första intryck, trevlig personal vid incheckningen. Rummet ok…160 cm säng i ett enkelrum. Duschkabin otroligt liten! Frukosten är nog en av de sämsta jag upplevt…faktiskt…sedan var det trångt och ont om platser för alla som skulle ära - kanske olika tider(boka)? Fördel oxå om man får rabatt vid parkering i de olika garagen runt om kring - 425 kr/dygn!

Hotellet har sett sins bästa dagar. Rummet var rent men inte uppdaterat gällande sängar, ventilation/aircondtion. Frukosten var outsourcad till en kinarestaurang med taffligt utbud, låg servicenivå gällande påfyllnad. De tar betalt för läget på Birger Jarlsgatan, kommer inte återvända. Premiumpris med lågprisleverans.
