Very good location, right beside the Hay Square and Consert Hall. Friendly and helpful staff, really great breakfast. Nice bar area to hang-out in with couches and terrace. Rooms without windows go completely dark when light is off and are very quiet. Bathroom walls are made of glass, which some guests found unusual.

Small but excellent room

I was traveling on business and the hotel was excellent. The room was small but the layout was well-designed and made use of the small space very well. The breakfast was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. The location was very good, steps from transit and easy walking distance to restaurants and central station.

Beware of “room - no window”

I had a room without a window, in the basement. Despite having been clearly indicated, the overall experience of sleeping in a pitch black room without any natural light isn’t anything I was prepared for. Never again.
