"My friend and I stayed here for one night in June. We booked a King Junior Suite to have some extra space. Not sure if we were upgraded but at check in we were given the Bruce Suite. It was quite lovely with large sitting area, that flowed into the bedroom. Also our bathroom was huge, complete with separate shower and bathtub. "The staff was very friendly and helpful. We did have some difficulty with getting the toilet to flush and the staff came up to our room and made sure it was functioning properly. They also were able to print our boarding passes for our return flights for us. The breakfasts offered a wide variety of hot or cold foods and drinks. Staying in Sterling allowed us to visit sites in Glasgow, Ayr and Edinburgh. We only had a 30 minute drive to Edinburgh Airport for our return flights to USA."
