Staff were all friendly and dinner and breakfast was great

Absolutely beautiful suite, attentive welcoming staff. The room was spotless & very comfortable.

The castle just recently opened up for individual stays (had been only available to venue hire out in the last year)...and thankfully it did. Our room was wonderfully plush, every detail thought of and impeccably decorated and clean. The staff couldn't have been nicer. Every inch of the property is gorgeous...can't say enough about it.

A short but very pleasant stay at the hotel. As I was visiting relatives I didn't use all the hotel facilities but the room was large, quiet and comfortable, albeit a bit dark. Breakfast was excellent as I expected.

Lovely stay

Lovely warm welcome on arrival. Very large comfortable bed, quite.

Friendly environment and helpfulness of staff coupled with convenient location.

Easily located near Stirling, accommodation is separate from restaurant creating a quiet secure atmosphere. Rooms are clean and perfect for short stay with all you expect in modern hotel.

Lovely old building with character, staff were very helpful, hotel was central, where we wanted to be and descent parking.

Amazing stay at this hotel. Staff were attentive, breakfast was amazing and a great range of drinks at the bar. Highly recommend!

Great location , good value and comfortable rooms , would be very happy to stay again

Room we were given when we got there was a twin instead of the double booked. However this was resolved within 5 minutes in a cheerful and polite manner. Mistakes happen but a sign of a good hotel is how things are sorted out. Bar was cheerful with pleasant service. Food adequate and good value. Breakfast was excellent. A bonus was music in the lounge later on. Good for a bop!

Everything was fine, my only issues were no wi-fi access in rooms (public areas only) and no USB chargers (not limited to this hotel).

My wife and I had a lovely one-night B&B stay at Trossachs Barn & Cabin. The cabin provided a charming and peaceful setting, making it a delightful place for a short break. The breakfast was excellent and a real highlight of our stay. Our host, Tony, was very friendly and helpful, offering lots of useful information about the local area and places to visit. His warm welcome and local knowledge added greatly to the enjoyment of our visit. An added bonus for guests staying in the cabin is access...

An excellent small hotel in a rather grand Victorian house on the main road in Callendar. Easy walk into town. Great base for exploring the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. Stunning scenery. Recommend going to Lock Katrine, it is beautiful. Loch Lomond was best on its east side, the west side is nearest Glasgow and attracts a lot of people in the summer. The nearby waterfall is worth the walk. The couple who run the hotel are friendly and helpful, and put on the best breakfast we has...
