"Excellent staff but with hockey season there is a lot of children who not only take over the entire pool but the hot tub also. The pool and hot tub were disgusting and the parents were in there just drinking while the children ran rampant. During these times this hotel really needs a pool supervisor just to monitor that area and keep it clean and safe. "

"Overall we had a fabulous experience! Special kudos to the staff! Especially two that stood out Bill at the front reception desk who was personable, funny, attentive & bent over backwards to accommodate! Also Latasha who was very sweet & made sure we were taken care of! My only recommendations are about the room & they’re minor but would be well appreciated by all guests: there needs to be better lighting! A desk lamp is needed as well as softer light bulbs in the wall light fixtures. Wall shelves on the sides of the Queen beds are also needed for personal incidentals. Oh and the sheets/pillowcases are very “scratchy” not soft at all, in fact I actually got “cheek burn” this is an important piece of advice because it’s hard to get a good nights rest when you can’t get comfortable sleeping on your sides! All in all our experience was like I said an excellent especially the cleanliness & great breakfast buffet! Thanks & kudos to your staff! "
