"Excellent very friendly property in a great part of old town. Air conditioning didn’t work for 2 out of 3 days in our stay so we had to open the windows it became oppressively hot. It was fixed on 3rd day. Staff were very nice."

"Hands down the best hotel we have stayed for our Europe trip (2025). Not only the staffs are friendly, the location of the hotel is absolutely perfect. Walkable from all the major tourist attractions. The rooms are clean, spacious and both modern and antique looking! The breakfast options are different than what you typically find in a hotel. I mean who would expect panacotta in the breakfast menu! I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and I myself will stay here if/when ever I come back to Prague."

Fantastic Stay!

"Such a great stay! The front desk staff was very sweet and gave us a champagne gift when we arrived. The bed was comfortable, the decor was cute, and it was nice that check out time was noon, so we got to seep in. Would absolutely stay here again when I am in Prague again! "

"Great location for walking around and access to transit - prepare for lots of stairs or uphill walking, or take the tram to Prague Castle and walk down instead of up. It was nice to be away from the busier tourist areas but the area still felt unique and magical at night. Lots of gardens, bakeries, and shops nearby. 3 keys and hallway lights felt safe for a solo traveller. Stayed in the Alexandra room which was lovely. I could hear other guests come and go, church bells, and pigeons, but nothing earbuds couldn’t hide when time to sleep. I would recommend and hope to stay again! Irina was very helpful for my late night arrival then flight delay, just had to call her on arrival as they don’t have 24 hr reception. "
