"Well it’ looked so beautiful nestled between mountains peaks topped with snow I was emotionally moved when I walked in my suite Balconies with tables and chairs Amazing views of the forest clad grounds and enormous pool which was the real highlight of the hotel It was run by hot mineral waters from under the earth at a bath warm 85 degrees The restaurant offers great buffet breakfast lunch and dinner The only thing missing in this dream place was a Unicorn "

"Stayed 1 night in Sept 25. Arrived on a Sunday after a long drive & restaurant closed. Clearly end of season in locality with shops closed or closing for the season. Restaurants also closing for season, so limited options. Hotel well located, staff very helpful & breakfast good value. We enjoyed our stat"

"Wife and I went to celebrate our 10y anniversary. Amazing views from every corner of the property. We truly had a wonderful time! Very friendly and hospitable staff. Fondue at the Gondola is a must! Pool and spa is very well maintained, and the views from the pool are breathtaking. Will defn go back and do recommend to all."

"The staff, the view, and the location are the reasons for my rating. From check in to check out, we had a great experience. The rooms are well done and modernized. They are also super clean. Open the windows and doors and enjoy sheer beauty. Location is really walkable to shops and food but also straight out to the lake for miles or walking. Fantastic!!"
