"The room was lovely! Clean & spacious. The proximity next to the Tahoe Blue Event Center was so convenient! It made for easy walking back and forth from the hotel to the volleyball tournament we attended at the event center. I would definitely return!"

"TV remote was missing and I looked for it under and behind the drawer. I found empty soda bottles and food wrappers. No Tv remote was found. I asked for a replacement TV remote. Service was not answering the call immediately. My call was put on hold then disconnected. It took me several calls and a couple of hours to ask for the replacement. The house service brought a replacement while we were out for dinner which didn’t work with the TV in our room."
