"Great staff, very welcoming towards pets. Pool and hot tub were not in working condition and looked like it had not been maintained for years. Should not be listed as an amenity."

"Very little parking. Checked in late due to road closure delays. Room keys were oncounter but front desk woman was clearly not understanding her job. Had to continually remind her of who I was. Had to stand in cold outside at midnight waiting to check in. Room was filthy with hair clumps on clean towels on shelves. Dirty socks from previous guests on floors. Pretty shabby for $250 per night!!"

Logan and Collin are 2 employees that make every visit and every person feel special. Barking Frog is a must for meals, especially breakfast.
