The staff were very friendly and even within our short stay we were always greeted by the staff who remembered our drink order and asked us if we would like our drinks upon returning to our stay. "The staff was very friendly & helpful. It’s a crazy design because parking is on the side or back of the hotel so you need to drag your bags around to the front. The reception area is on the top floor. The room was very small for 2 persons. It was close to walk to the cable car & altstadt. There is a grocery store beside the hotel. They have a nice breakfast"
