I enjoyed the clean room and felt so comfortable, the staff was friendly and accomodating, the shuttle was fabulous and the breakfast amenties were such a treat to have. I appreciated my 1st time stay there and meeting guests - one I'm so sorry I didn't get his info before I left - whom I met in the kitchen - I kept looking for him, lol while I was there - but didn't run into him again"

"Room was incredibly clean. Hotel in general was spotless and seemed very well managed. Staff was friendly and I was happy to get a Hilton cookie and water. The hotel is actually attached to Penn Station so you don’t have to walk outside to get there. There is a parking garage attached as well but with covered sidewalk access. It seemed pretty full so it might not always be available. Overall, I highly recommend! "

"Great stay, really comfortable room, check in staff were super helpful. Only rated staff down by one star because my colleagues and I got accused of stealing from the shop one night… it’s a self service shop, we had paid and were walking away, then got questioned by the girl on the check in desk in an accusatory way. Should also add she was too busy chatting to colleagues to notice if we’d paid, so we didn’t appreciate this interaction. Suggestion is to improve your system rather than accuse paying guests. "
