We called and waited for 20 min for it, when it came the driver did not help at all for the luggage and parked outside the port so we had to carry all heavy luggages a long way. "A nice villa close to the airport with a kitchenette and a washing machine (but no amenities in shower other than towels so you need to bring your shampoo/soap/dental kit, etc.). However, air conditioning only in bedroom so the living room/kitchenette will be hot during the day (and in the evening as well)."
