Lovely feeling of space throughout hotel. Staff were quietly efficient and very helpful. We were each provided with a complementary bottle of water when we checked out for our onward travels.

We found the Hotel Viva Sky to be well sited for sightseeing and travelling around by boat on the lake. It was a lovely place to stay, with themed room designs (we were in ‘Japan’), but with a rather quirky layout, which involved the use of two lifts and with the reception on the 8th floor. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet was extremely good.

A very beautiful and tranquil location, set in lovely grounds with a great swimming pool. Dinner was excellent. We did have a few problems with the WiFi disconnecting.

Set in beautiful, private gardens opening on to the lake, and very close to Konstanz old town. Large rooms newly fitted out to a very high standard and the pool is equally good. The staff were excellent - very welcoming. Highly recommended!

Very decent standard of IHG property, new and modern with all the facilities you'd expect. Staff were friendly and helpful and tried their best at all times.
Breakfast can get very hectic and there needs to be a better timed booking system and a system where people don't hang about reading newspapers - that can be done elsewhere (their room for instance!)
Water needs to be provided in take-away plastic bottles and not the glass/crown cap style at the moment.
A/C control needs much more...

Excellent choice for short stay in Konstanz. Quiet pedestrian area on edge of old town 10 mins from station. Rooms not spacious but well equipped with draw and hanging space. Inclusion of breakfast a bonus but plenty of excellent bakeries/cafes around. Well pleased with our choice.

Clean, tidy room. Staff were great and very helpful. Lovely breakfast with everything you could want. 10 mins from Bodensee / lake Constance. 3 mins from lots of great shops and restaurants. Parking was three minutes away at the Altstadt for €24 overnight. Fan in room plus fridge for the essentials.
