"Room is not clean, walls, ceilings, baseboards, doors, light switches were all dirty. Couches, carpet & upholstered chairs need to be cleaned. Scotch Tape was hanging from the ceilings and wall. Not updated plug ins for electronics. Building needs more elevators. We waited 45 minutes for an elevator so we could check out. Still never could get one had to haul everything down 9 flights of stairs with multiple trips. Luckily my son in a wheelchair got was able to get on an elevator. Not enough handicap van accessible parking available. The pools were nice but were closed on a Saturday morning. Will not stay here again not worth the price of the rooms. "

"The food at the cafe was excellent. We enjoyed the movie theatre and the ice cream shoppe. I was disappointed that the pool closed so early. I would absolutely stay here again. "

"Everything was great, except the rattling noise coming from the air-conditioning. Basically kept us up all night!"

"The pool is great! When it is open… We booked this place specifically for a good pool and hot tub, but the pool was only open from 10 am-6 pm. The other amenities, like ping pong and the billiards table, were only available when the pool area was open. We would have loved to play games after dinner or relax in one of the many hot tubs, but it all closes with the pool."

"Lovely property. The staff was fast and friendly. Our room was wonderful and clean. Had a microwave and a little fridge. This property is close to several restaurants and stores that are easy to get to. Starbucks is located in the same parking lot as the hotel. Great place to stay if you want to go enjoy Vegas but don't want the stress of staying on The Strip. There are 2 very cute little grass areas that our 4-legged baby got to enjoy. The only problem we had was a very noisy neighbor. There was music pounding and loud talking from around 130 am till 5 am. Although there were several complaints made and the staff did try to calm the guest down, this would only last for a little while, and then the guest would turn the music up, and the party continued. I am unsure of the policy for this property for loud guests past a certain time, but something has to be established and enforced. This was only an overnight stop for us, and we were continuing our drive to California the next morning. We were exhausted, and due to this, we unfortunately may not return to this property on our next trip."

"No pool. Closed for renovation. That would have been nice to know ahead of time!!"

"Had a very early flight so we weren't here long. But pillows were terrible and furnace was so loud it was hard to sleep. Hotel looked very nice. Looked like it had a nice pool and amenities just didnt have a chance to use them"

"Good stay. Safe location, helpful staff. Pool is small and was crowded during our stay so didn’t enjoy it as much as we wanted to but overall good stay. Thank you"
