"This is a good hotel in Liverpool city and an ideal location. Perhaps bizarrely, I have a real bug bear about coat hangers that are fixed to the wardrobes - just gives it a cheap feel. "

"I just wanted to share my appreciation to both staff manager and hotels.com colleagues for listening to my request for a bath and due to me going through the worst 2 weeks of my life, tackling landlords and letting agency’s with countless housing incidents and not having support. This upgrade on the suite room really left me so overwhelmed and I cried with happy tears. To feel so supported like that really made my stay so enjoyable. The bath and the room was amazing. The staff were kind and considerate giving the fact I had work in the hospital the next day. The bed was perfect and to top things off the view, iron, ironing board for my uniform and general peace was so much needed. I cannot thank you all enough and I would recommend this hotel to anyone! PS just a little tip get a window cleaner to clean the moss round the edge of the outside interior and maybe a touch of paint! Other than that the hotel is lovely! "

"We have have left a day early due to the single beds giving us back ache if they had of been bigger single beds of even better king sized beds we would have stayed the extra night and day. The staff are extremely friendly and and helpful. If I was to go back I would book through the hotel for a better deal and a view "
