Checkin was smooth and Clay was very pleasant and informed of us the many dining and shopping options in the Loop area. The Loop area is great and we enjoyed the Walk of Fame. "Excellent hotel. Close to Central West End neighborhood. Beautiful renovations of a classic historic hotel. Rooms were great. I had a one bedroom suite with seperate living room. No kitchen. Restaurants were good but a little pricey. Across the street from Forest Park so golf, the zoo, and museums are very close. Front desk check in was fast and personable. Parking valet was great."
