"My experience with this hotel was terrible. I came down there from Memphis, TN because my daughter dance team had a competition. I booked the 3 bed loft back in March. They called me the day I was on my way down there to tell me that my loft was unavailable because of a fire that took place the day I actually booked the hotel. They didn’t have the decency to call me ahead of time so I could find something else. All they offered me was a king size bed room with a let out couch. Literally every hotel me and my friends called were booked. So we all ended up crammed in the one room. Do not book a room here. The customer service sucks so bad "

"The headboard was old and flakying little pieces of vinyl in the sheets. One of the lights in the bathroom did not work properly. It had a short. There were several days worth of dust on the dining room rail. Not enough towels. Yeah, we had to use our towels a couple of days."

"Excellent experience overall. The property was well-maintained, the accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the staff provided outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality stay."

"Plase was hit. Very past due for fixing up. Old noisey beds. Dirty room. Mold all over bath room. Windows very thin, very loud in rooms from cars outside on hwy. I would NEVER stay here again. Food all over remote. Could go on, and on about the place. "

"The fully equipped kitchen suite was nice! Some of the overall appearance seems outdated and a bit run down to the eye. The thermostat took some adjusting to figure out. The degree numbers on the thermostat didn't move, but after a few hours the room eventually felt cold. The staff were nice and helpful. This wouldn't be a favorite hotel, but it was clean and safe enough that I would stay again if my top 2 choices were already taken."

"My nonsmoking room smelled musty from smoke. Had an old and very abused mattress that belongs in the trash. There were char marks on the headboard. Previous guests apparently spilled some juice on the door and ceiling. But staff were accommodating, and everything was otherwise clean. "
