"Room was overall clean enough for a germaphobe like me. Bed and pillows comfortable but my husband said the bed was too firm for him. The duvet needs to be changed out. They use two bed sheets to sandwich the duvet instead of a duvet cover so easy to see how old the duvet is and all the stains.
Was crowded during the July 4th weekend. Pool was packed with kids. Pool is also small for this size hotel.
I liked that the hotel is on the waterfront thus making it an ideal location to see fireworks. Within walking distance to convention center, Gas Lamp District and Petco Park.
Parking was $55 for self parking.
Many elevators so going up/down was fast.
Gym was small but was clean and well equipped with free weights and machines."
"As I walked into the main hotel, there was an amazing beautiful lobby with a open actual bay patio view in the rear of the lobby. The smell of the sea air and giew was divine. We were shuttled to the another Sheraton Hotel Harbor Resort tower and our room was amazing with a balcony both overlooking the 180 degree view of the bay. The bay is right in front of the hotel and is also behind the hotel. The staff were courtesy, very nice and helptful and I want to give a shout out to Jeffrey and Dino at the front desk! There was an amazing singer pianist Shea Givens. Her voice is magnificent. We had dinner at the Sheraton resturaunt so we could enjoy Shea sing live music ans enjoy dinner (a little on the epensive side $36 for a Chicken Ceasar salad and $7 for a small taco) right by the bay. Love this hotel and I will be back soon!"
