Room wasn’t cleaned when I walked in. Dirty sheets and towels still laying around. From desk lady was really apologetic and got my room cleaned up. She saved this review from being 1 star.

The room was very dirty and just about every thing in the room was falling apart or broken. Will tell all people to avoid this place at all costs.

The gal up front - I think she’s the manager - this gal runs a tight ship. She doesn’t put up with disrespectful people and insists the customers communicate any needs at all with the staff. This place is a diamond in the rough.

We loved that it was close to good dining with the Iron Goat Brewery just 2 blocks away and the music venue was a walkable 5 blocks. Nice showers. We liked the 90's vibe. Helpful staff at the desk. Great value for the downtown location. I would rather stay here than pay triple at the Oxford Inn.

The above ground railroad line runs parallel and right beside this property. The trains run every 30 minutes at night and the beds shake when they pass. The planes going to Spokane airport in the morning fly ride over the motel. Homeless people hang out in the parking lot and drink and laugh or fight all night long. There are cigarette butts and smoking everywhere beside the apartments despite the 25 foot no smoking zone. Some lamps in the room wouldn’t turn on, and some lamps in the room wouldn’t turn off. The bathroom was really dirty, and the toilet wouldn’t flush. Had to leave after the first night because of the noise and the lack of working plumbing.

First off it was the cheapest place in town and it was closest to where I was going. The lady behind the counter was excellent, she was cordial, friendly and helpful. And l will say the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Having said that the hotel was right next to a very active rail line and yard so it was very noisy. Even though the room was clean you could tell it had been through the gauntlet, broken fixtures, no nightstand lights and no sound from the TV ( I could’ve asked about it but all I was doing was trying to sleep. Lastly it was in a large homeless area, offering rooms by the week. For the fact I only slept there I would say it was OK but I think the next time I’ll spend a little more money and stay elsewhere.
