"Roaches, no lamps, dirty linens, dirty environment, elevator was scary. One person working desk, breakfast, all things lobby and feeling stressed didn’t make for a welcoming environment (not their fault). For the money we spent it was very upsetting for the whole stay!!! "

"Beautiful new hotel in a great location. Walking distance to great restaurants and a great area to relax. Free laundry room was an absolute plus and surprise. Was a little shocked to see that they charge if you want to check in early. This will definitely be my hotel of choice when visiting the area."

"Hotel was a little disappointing. Rooms felt cold and uninviting and you could tell that there was routine maintenance that had been neglected. Countertops in the bathroom were stained and the light fixture was rusted and dirty. Bed was HARD and my husband and I barely slept either of the two nights we stayed. Staff called our room at 11pm and accused us of banging on the walls when we had both been quietly laying in bed for the last 2 hours, TRYING to fall asleep. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. You could tell everything had just been reheated and nothing was fresh. Would I stay here again? No. For the same price, I'd rather go somewhere else."
