Lovely little studio with a nice view. Church bells go off early so if you want to rest bring earplugs. Convenient laundry inside and walking distance to all attractions. We would certainly stay again. We spent 5 nights here and were able to take day trips to the nearby islands of Hvar and Brac.

Excellent place to stay

The apartment was beautiful and very central to everything you could want to see in Split and beyond. Communication with the owner was excellent - we had an issue with the boiler & hot water which was sorted immediately. Great spot to stay for a few days - Cafe Noon downstairs made the best sandwiches and drinks! The apartments location is just perfect - if you are visiting Split, dont hesitate to book this place!

We recently spent 10 nights on property and I was very happy with location . Property close to Peristil of Diocletian , but on a quiet area not heavily trafficked . In previous posts people wrote about the bells , but I did not find them distracting . Communication with host was excellent and all recommendations for restaurants were very helpful and amazing . Property is on top level and narrow staircase but was not issue for us . Property very clean and washing machine was a bonus for our length of stay . Excellent AC and plenty of space to make our time comfortable .

Lovely appartment in a great location

Lovely appartment in a great location - very central so easy to walk to all local attractions. The host was very helpful, providing lots of suggestions for restaurants, tours etc. I would highly recommend.

Very convenient, right within city centre. Beautiful interior. Slightly short on some cooking facilities, particularly a toaster. Please be aware there are 47 winding steps up to the apartment

Very clean, beautiful, and modern Loft. Has great amenities ( which includes a washer machine). The only negative is the many narrow spiral steps up to the loft. My wife and I were only there for 2 nights so we packed lite. We would definitely recommend this loft.

The suite itself is in good repair, clean and good for anyone staying in Split for a few days. The facilities were good, perfect location for exploring the palace and the town, Riva is minutes away. Why did I not give it 5 stars... I think the communal staircase could use a little attention, clean & some general maintenance. Communication with the owners was difficult. It was fine once we got there but before we arrived emails and WhatsApp messages weren't replied to despite instructions warning you must check in at least 72 hrs prior to arrival. Not going to lie this panicked me! I could have used a 2nd pillow! Lastly - I was close to rating 3 because of this...I didn't find it easy to get a good nights sleep. If you're a heavy sleeper you'll be fine. As the suite is within the ground of the palace it's pedestrianised, the local businesses, cafes, restaurants etc use trolleys to cart what I assume is the days waste or restocking for the next day. They were not quiet and the trolleys rattle along the pathways until the early hours, most nights past midnight. There was also nothing on the listing that stated the bells of the cathedral that is so close, start ringing every morning at 6am, then 7am, then 7.15am and I think every 15 mins after 7am. No lay ins to be had there, you're up at 6am whether you like it or not. I would not have stayed here if I knew. I was not even getting 6 hrs solid sleep with the trolleys till the early hours and the bells ringing at 6am.

Fantastiskt boende med centralt läge mitt i den gamla stadsdelen. Boendet ligger på tredje våningen och trappan upp är väldigt smal och ojämn (vilket säger sig självt eftersom huset är gammalt), men har man som vi inga problem med det så funkar det utmärkt.
