Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlich begrüßt. Das Apartment ist super schön eingerichtet. Alles ist durchdacht und sogar die Steckdosen sind stylisch ;) Die Küchenutensilien sind alle sehr hochwertig (scharfe Messer! Sehr schönes Geschirr, sogar ein Geschirrspühler ist vorhanden.) Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Klimaanlage auch sehr leise. Außenrollos waren ebenso vorhanden. Wir hatten nie! Gelsen im Zimmer. Das einzige was leider wirklich gefehlt hat war die Kaffeemaschine. Es gab aber sehr guten! Löskaffee. Bei meinem nächsten Split Besuch werde ich definitiv wieder kommen :)

L'appartement était neuf, très bien équipé, confortable et joliment décoré. La piscine est top et ouverte 24/24. Il est situé à 20 min de marche du centre (mais ça monte !) et 5 min en Uber. Le gérant est génial, n'hésitez pas à discuter avec lui ! La femme de ménage était également adorable et souriante. Je te recommande !

Super traumhaftes neues modernes Appartment. Sehr sauber, es war nichts auszusetzen. Wir hatten das oberste Appartment und würden jeder Zeit wieder hier herkommen! Beautiful stay in Split

My partner and I stayed here for 5 nights and we could not fault anything. The check-in was quick and easy, Pero was very informative about things to do and places to eat/drink in and around Split. The apartment itself was spacious and modern and the pool area was a lovely addition. It was a 15-20 minute walk into the city centre so close by to everything. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to all my family and friends if they are ever staying in Split.

Superb !

Fantastic place. The apartment was in an excellent location just a 10 min walk from the old town. 2 supermarkets also within a 5 min walk. Everything in the apartment was brand new and spotlessly clean. I’d stay here again without a doubt.

We loved staying here! Everything is new and immaculately clean. The apartment had everything we needed to make our short stay perfect. Location was fantastic, Pero was an awesome host who's map on info upon arrival was our guide for the entire trip. Communication from start to finish was spot on. We cannot wait to go back next year and stay here again :)

The property was recently built, was well thought out and provides excellent accommodation, with free wifi that worked well, TV with loads of local and German channels (we struggled to find English channels), but we logged in to our own Netflix account from home and so had ample access to English programs that way. We were provided nearly everything we required for our self-catering stay, including every kind of pot & pan for cooking, plates, bowls, glasses, cutlery, etc. We were welcomed by Peron, with a drink and a chat, who provided a tourist map, explained where the shops, restaurants & bars were and took us to our room. He also arranged the taxis' for us to and from the airport. The small pool was immaculate, clean and tidy with parasols, small tables, loungers with padded cushions and even ashtrays for smokers. Some shelves for shampoo & soap in the really cool walk-in shower would improve things and some cooking utensils would be useful, but this in no way detracted from the quality pf our stay.

Brand new, modern Apartment with great hosts

Everything was perfect, warm check in with drinks/aperitif and lots of information regarding the city. Room brand new with big and very well equipped kitchen perfect for cooking. Bed and Bathroom very comfortable and spacious. Nice pool area with comfortable sunbeds. Walking distance to City is about 10-15 min downhill or about 20-25 Kuna for an Uber.

we had a wonderful trip. The host was super nice and kind. Upon check-in we were given recommendations for restaurants and places to see in Split. the apartment was clean, comfortable and everything was close by. the nearest beach is about 10 minutes away by walking distance, and the city center is 15-20 minutes away by walking distance. The host was nice and we felt as we were home. The appartment looks very new, and it is in high standard. We spent 6 nights here and we would definitely recommend this to anyone! You get so much value for the money.
