"staff told me that I had a room credit that could be used for food and beverages. upon check out, i had not been comped the credit that i was told i had by front desk staff. i later called the property and talked to the manager and told her that her staff said I had a credit for my room but had not been credited. although the mistake was on her end, she was only willing to reverse 1 $30 charge, though I had charged $90 total. completely unacceptable. thankfully i called my credit card and got all charges reversed (;"

The receptionist offered a refune since amenities werent available. She said I had to contact expedia first. So my party canceled and got a new hotel. The hotel is now not responding to Expedia. I recommend going somewhere else. "

"The property has no one on site, so if you need anything there is no one. Its like a house share, but upscale- you are sharing a house with strangers. There was no hot water for tea. Our outlets in our room didn't work- we tried the switches on the wall. Otherwise it is beautiful place comfy beds, clean and interesting."

"Stayed at the Aida in Kansas City and honestly didn’t expect it to be this good. The space is HUGE. my room felt more like a full suite than a standard hotel room. What really stood out was the design: everything was thoughtfully curated, with a mix of vintage pieces and antique-style decor that gave the whole place a lot of character without feeling overdone. Location is also a big plus. it’s super close to the museums and the Plaza, so getting around was really easy. For the price, this is a really solid experience.
