Pleasantly surprised!! Queen suite.was perfect! Clean room, hallway, and rooms to each side of me were quite. Breakfast was good. My AC went out and me and my dog needed a place to stay close by. The ice machine on my floor did not work, no kleenex in the room, but very comfortable stay.

I really enjoyed my stay. I was in for a baseball game and the walk to Kauffman only took about 16 minutes. The property appears well maintained. Although towels are a bit on the small side. As I was only one person, it was not an issue. I would definitely recommend Hotel Lotus, especially for a ball game, It is a bit far too commute to downtown Kansas City. Also, the AC was excellent!!! I love a cold room!!!

This is usually the hotel I stay in when I come to town is convenient to my family the breakfast is decent rooms aren't fancy but they work. I was truly disappointed this go around from the bathroom, there literally was hair everywhere from the tub to the sink as if the staff just decided not to clean the hair out the tub and sink or sweep it up.

We have been pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and comfort of this hotel. The room has quality mattresses, upscale pillows, bedding, and towels, and looks modern with newer furnishings and carpet. Everything has been remarkably clean and pleasant. Nothing too fancy. Clean and comfortable room. Comfortable bed. Plenty of hot water for shower. Had to have lightbulb in shower area replaced but was attended to quickly. Breakfasts weren’t bad. Easy walk to Kauffman Stadium. This was a solid place to stay. I just want a clean and comfortable room to rest in when I’m not out and about and a decent breakfast to start the day. It met my expectations. Would stay there again.
