She called before check in time began as a courtesy to inform me my room was ready. She extended a complimentary upgrade, as my Aunt had never seen a hotel as nice and well appointed. Malaysia is the employee that makes the lasting difference and gives the WOW factor. She deserves recognition for an excellent greeting and follow up."
