"Staff was not very welcoming. And seemed surprised when I told them we had a pet, though I had specified pet friendly; they weren’t very. Bed was comfortable, but VERY high! Difficult for a short person to get in."

"I booked and paid in advance for a room with 2 beds, when we arrived late on the day they gave me a room with 1 bed(which didn’t work for us). Called down and was told no other rooms available, not even a second room. I attempted to sleep sitting in a chair. Complained again when checking out, they were to call me and credit me, but nothing yet?????? WTHeck! Hair on shower walls😠- this my bed"

"While the property is not recently updated, it is extremely clean and the staff is very friendly. The gym was very nice as well. If you are doing business anywhere in Spartanburg, you can’t beat this location."
