Booked whilst visiting Fruit Logistica. Welcome pack in room was excellent, diary came in use and the ferrero rochers were yum! Concierge staff very friendly and helpful.

Perfectly located in the heart of spandau, close to the centre of Berlin. Hotel peaceful and good service with friendly staff.

Staff could not do enough, consistently good. Hotel is connected to a multitude of public transport options, all within 2 minutes walk of the hotel. Do try and get the breakfast rate as it is excellent value, the range of options was enormous even a glass of bubbly with your breakfast. Hotel highly recommended for s luxury break.

What a beautiful hotel! Also very centrally located. The suite we stayed in was very clean, modern and spacious. Bathroom was amazing, with separate bath and shower. There was loads of storage space so you could keep everywhere looking tidy. They had the best hotel hairdryer I ever tried! Even had a kitchen area with fridge. The location is truly amazing being right next door to the Brandenburg gate. We had heard that this was a superb hotel to stay in and it was.

Excellently situated for seeing all the sites of Berlin and close to trains and bus stops so you can easily go westwards towards the Grunweld to explore further. The Suite Room is comfortable and we were able to easily relax as a family. The kids loved the swimming pool. Friendly and welcoming staff who are happy to answer your questions.

The property condition is excellent. Walkable from Spittelmarket railway station. The rooms were big enough and one of the best i stayed in Germany. Breakfast was good but repetitive and got bored by 4th day of stay. The staffs were excellent and very helpful. Many attractions are at a walkable distance, like check point Charlie. We stayed in a Management Suite which was perfect in every way. It was spacious, well equipped and it felt like having our own apartment. Step outside onto a bustling Friedrichstrasse, a short walk takes you to the beautiful Gendarmenmarkt and many other major attractions. We received a lovely friendly welcome on arrival. Plus got access to our room a bit earlier which was nice. Our room overlooked the courtyard so was relatively quiet (apart from the usual city noises!) It was immaculately clean and spacious.
