The room did not have functional AC, instead of offering a different room they were brining up some portable ac, which required the window to be open. We had to get ready for the wedding and that got us being late, because we had to find a room at a Marriott and move asap. It was just an extremely hot day.

Grundsätzlich ein schönes Hotel, wenn aber auch mit Abstrichen beim Service. Für den Preis den man zahlt findet man tatsächlich auch bessere Hotels in Berlin, meiner Meinung nach. Dennoch sollte sich jeder seine eigene Meinung bilden, denn vielleicht hatte ich auch einfach nur Pech bei meinem Aufenthalt.

Ist leider in die Jahre gekommen. Lage ist top …aber das ist bei vielen Hotels dieser Preislage der Fall. Wir dachten, das Frühstück wird ein Highlight. War aber nicht der Fall. Früchte ohne Aroma. Die frisch zubereiteten Gerichte ohne Pep und irgendwie laff. Dazu noch extrem langsame Bedienung und Ostblock-Gäste, die sehr anstrengende Tischsitten und Lautstärke an den Tag legten. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Danke dafür!

Perfekte Lage, überwiegend sehr gutes Personal und sehr aufmerksam beim Buchungsprozess. Deutliche Abstriche bei der Bewirtung vor Ort. Die Lobby lädt nicht zum Verweilen ein. Die Bars haben sehr schwierige Öffnungszeiten, die nicht mal eingehalten werden. Wir wurden eine Stunde vor Schluß am Montag bei voller Bar zum Verlassen aufgefordert. Das entspricht nicht dem Standard aus meiner Sicht. Wir kommen trotzdem wieder.
