"This hotel is ideally located- within walking distance from the Zion National Park Visitor Center. The property gardens are beautifully maintained and has a great view of the virgin river and mountains. The service can definitely improve for the price of the hotel room being charged-not sure if they were short staffed. The breakfast room service dishes were never picked up from outside our room till late evening- i had to call the front desk to send someone. The lobby is extremely small. "

"The view at this resort is absolutely stunning! They have a great outdoor area and well maintained grounds. There is also a nice walking trail near the resort and a nice fire pit complete with smore kits. Rooms were very comfortable and clean with a large soaking tub! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend! "

"The smell in the room was horrible, it smelled like rotten eggs. The room is old, we were given a handicapped accessible room & neither of us are handicapped & the bed & pillows were not comfortable. Also the small refrigerator really never got cold. "

"We stayed two nights and the pool was warm and we went a lot. The restaurant was amazing and the food was great. The staff was helpful and kind. We loved that it was super close to the park. Resting in th pool after a long hike was great. My girls loved the shopping and I liked the food. "
