"Staff at the check in counter was great, very friendly. The lobby and breakfast area was nicely decorated and looked clean. The room we booked looked a mess, like they started to renovations and stopped half way and just toss a bunch of random furniture in it. There was no dresser or counter space in the actual bedroom area, only small nightstands on both sides of the bed. We had to keep all of our stuff on the counter around the sink or under the TV. The mini fridge was missing any kind of shelf in it. Stuff would fall out when we opened it. The one thing that was a blessing was the shower, it had strong water pressure and stayed hot. There were no towel rack in the bathroom to hang the hand towel or any wet towels after our shower."

"The manager was amazing and obviously really cares about his hotel. I saw him helping people find seats for kickback, working the front desk, helping with breakfast, and by the elevators talking with guests. He was pleasant and helpful at all times."
