Great price for the location. Common areas are beautiful. The rooms are ok. One of the staff members was great. She went out of her way to help and offer suggestions. Sentral Michigan Avenue
The hotel was terrific!! Very helpful staff. The check-in process was a bit of a pain. But would be a lot easier than the second time around. I would recommend staying there anytime.

Kasa Magnificent Mile Chicago
The location of this Kasa is awesome, walking distance to restaurants, whole foods, and dunkin donuts. Room was clean and spacious. Love the white noise machine! All the comforts you need! Love the remote checkin, security and smart elevators too. Only downside, no room service.

Level Chicago – Old Town
Eric and the rest of the staff was very helpful from check in to check out! The place is very lovely!!!!! Would come back again soon!
